Who is the Holy Spirit? There are so many weird, wacky ideas about Him floating around in the world, and to be honest, there’s a lot of unknown as well. For millions of Christians today, it’s too easy to neglect the Holy Spirit because we’re not really sure who He is, what He does, or how He works.
