Live in Harmony with One Another: Generous Living
Are we truly living in harmony with our fellow believers? Today's message challenges us to examine our hearts and align our thoughts with Christ's perspective. The key verse from Romans 12:16 urges us to 'Live in harmony with one another.' But this harmony goes beyond surface-level peace; it's about having the same mind towards each other as Christ has towards us. We're called to see others as image-bearers of God, worthy of the same love and esteem that Jesus shows us. The message highlights two enemies of harmony: contempt and conceit. These attitudes of pride prevent us from truly valuing others as Christ does. To combat these, we must continually return to the gospel, remembering our own need for grace and allowing that humility to shape our interactions. As we reflect on this, let's ask ourselves: How can we practically demonstrate Christ-like harmony in our relationships this week?
