Keep it Simple

In our journey of faith, we often overcomplicate things, especially when it comes to sharing the gospel. This message reminds us of the KISS principle - Keep It Simple, Silly. Drawing from Colossians 4:2-6, we're given two straightforward instructions for living as Christians and impacting others: devote ourselves to prayer and be wise toward outsiders. Prayer isn't just about asking for things; it's about being watchful of others' needs, expressing gratitude, and praying for the advancement of Christ's mission. The success of our church isn't tied to programs or preaching, but to the prayers of its people. We're challenged to make prayer a central part of our lives, perhaps by texting actual prayers to others or praying regularly with fellow believers. This simple act can profoundly impact our faith and our ability to share it with others.
